Yes, those are staples, and yes, that is my daughter's head. We had a little mishap last week but nothing a quick trip to the ER couldn't take care of. She's fine, I'm fine, we're all fine. She was actually better then I was the whole time.
I had to take my son to the E.R. for 8 stitches in his forehead. Head wounds really bleed bad and I was more panicked than he was. I think that's because he couldn't actually see all the blood. I feel for you!!
